Has anybody seen anywhere a plugin for Motion so it can export vector animations (exactly like AE with bodymovin)?

Sorry, I misunderstood!

There is a way to save individual vectors: the Library > Favorites. Add a new folder to the collection. Any time you need a specific shape, it will always be immediately available inside the application. All your saved paths will be converted to .molo (Motion Library Object) files and will be saved to:

~/Library/Application Support/Motion/Library/Favorites/yourSaveFolder

(you can have as many different folders as you want).

A way to get externally drawn SVG vector paths into Motion is via a font. Take your SVG files to http://icomoon.io/app, upload your SVG to individual "character slots", have icomoon compile your set into a font and add the font to Font Book (you will have to restart Motion after adding a new font.) One of the benefits to a well defined font is that the "anchor points" (base point for each character) can be set up for precision alignments. [Here's a bit of an overview for using fonts for 3D design: https://fcpxtemplates.com/about-fonts-made-for-3d/].

Couple of examples of "font animation":
