I just bought iPhone X. but I noticed one thing is that while I unlock my phone using Face ID, I don't see any IR light blinking. in youtube I have seen so man videos and saw that while unlock IR light blink (red/purple color type). Even I have seen this in my friend I phone X. but my phone doesn't show. is this any problem ? or this is normal?

IR stands for Infra Red, which is undetectable by the human eye. If your phone blinked IR light you could see, you should return the phone.

I saw the video. Again, the human eye can't see Infrared Light on it's own. What you're seeing is perhaps the sensor in the camera used to record the video may have been able to record the light, but on your own, you CANNOT see it.
Let be as clear as possible. On iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and the upcoming iPhone XR, the Infrared Light will not visibly blink and you CANNOT see it do anything.
