Keyboard Touch Sensor

I really don't know how else to describe this other than it seems the keyboard letters don't match up with where I am supposed to touch. I end up doing all sorts of random things awhile typing. The curser will move to a random location in the typing and insert random letters or words. Or another example is, as I'm typing, the whole chat screen will scroll up. Or random apps or options in the chat, ie facebook video chat will just open as if i clicked it when I didn't. I literally can't use the keyboard anymore to type. I cannot get out one full sentence without 5 other things going on and gibberish being typed. What do I do?
