Hide Recently Deleted Folder IOS 12

By hide I mean just hiding the recently delete folder from Albums, but photos inside it should remain exist and Every photo I delete from camera roll should still go to recently delete.

Basically I want only my control over Recently Delete. Nobody else can see or Delete anything from there
