Hi;
i am using an Iphone 6 and recently updated to iOS12. The phone favorites is all messed up and the recent calls sometimes doesnt show anything. did someone else also had a similar issue?
Thanks.
iPhone 6, iOS 12
This is happening to me, too - iPhone CA, iOS 12.0.1 - Favorites list has two bugs: once order is set, favorites have moved randomly when you return to the list and the sizing and spacing of favorites when editing the list are malfunctioning.
Hope a fix is coming / this bug costs time!

Maybe one day Apple will just fix the bug.
I deleted all of my favorites and then added them back in slowly and so far (30 minutes now) they have NOT re-shuffled.
I also have this issue. What seems to work is to delete them all and add them back in the order you want them in. So far they have stayed since I did that.
Yup, me too. Dont understand at all how this issue could still exist. Seems like its existed since iphone 7? Seriously??
Does apple not read these?
Same issue: iPhone Xs, iOs 12.2
Unacceptable!
Ridiculous! I've had this problem for years! If Steve Jobs was around this problem would have been solved. I guess new guard doesn't care about user experience! Very disappointing!
Thanks, that is the only thing that worked for me. Deleting the list, then adding them in order you want them to appear.
Nearly a year has past since the first complaint of iPhone favourites, basically doing what it wants, and still no bug fix!?
Seriously Apple, how many techs do you have that could fix this!?
