Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

My data has all of the sudden being used at crazy amounts when I’m not on WiFi. My cellular is off along with my WiFi assist and background app refresh but my data is still going like crazy. Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it?

If you're running iOS 12, go to Settings -> Cellular and under "Cellular Data" you will see a list of precisely what is using Cellular Data, something like this:
