error 0×E8000015

My phone locked so i tryed to connect it to itunes on my laptop so i did so but the phone wouldnt connect it would say error 0×E8000015

If you have tried restarting your iPhone, Mac and Router and used a different cable, then you might have to put your iPhone into Recovery Mode when connecting to the Mac.
