how to fix my itunes store?

when i try to make purchase, after i inputed all my credit card details, it will say - “error- please contact apple/support itunes..

anyone know why its like this?

Nobody on here will know why you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support, if you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
