If it is a computer running MacOS El Capitan, then you can still find the passwords in Keychain Access. If it is not a MacOS Machine with those specific requirements then it would not work.
Hope I was able to help!
Thank you for your prompt response. I was concerned about non-Mac computers. When power is out or when on a trip without my computer, I sometimes need to use a Windows computer.
I see some other password manager programs advertised such as RoboForm, Sticky, Dashlane. Do you have any thoughts about these - would these work on both MAC and Windows computers?
I have never heard of RoboForm, Sticky or even Dashlane so I can't provide any information and would not know if they work on both.
But from what I do know would work best for you is Enpass as it is for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android and will work across all those devices and manage your passwords. It is #89 in Productivity in the Mac App Store and has a 4.6 rating which seems pretty good and I doubt is some finicky password keeper.
Thanks for your update. I will go to work on that solution.
