Battery dr. Pro not working

Dose any body know how to contact the QU TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I am having problems with “Battery dr. Pro” after updating to iso 12.

When I select the app I get the welcome screen for a few seconds then it disappears and I am left with original page.

I think the app is working in the background because I get an alarm when the battery is charged. Can you help me with this problem. Regards ken

It's possible they no longer exist, that app hasn't been updated since November 2016 (so might not support iOS 12), and the support link on the app's description page (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/battery-dr-pro/id635834560?mt=8) only takes you to http://www.apptrace.com/ which doesn't appear to have anything to do with developing.
