iPhone 5s stuck in recovery mode

I tried to update my iPhone 5s to newest ios version and it did not work. I connected it to iTunes and the phone when into the recovery mode. I tried to update it or recover it but both failed. I cannot log into the iphone anymore and the screen asks to connect to support.apple.com/iphone/restore. I did unsuccessfully dit it several times.

How can I get help with this phone?
