In-app purchase stop work

Suddenly after update to ios 12.0 after 1 day all in-app purchase stop work. i still can buy app in itunes everything fine with payment method but when i try buy something inside ANY app nothing happens. just when you click buy everything stuck. theres no pop up window for password or touch payment just every app writes connecting and nothing happen. please help to fix this problem !

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with in-app purchases. Since you are seeing that everything is "stuck" after you click buy, not receiving the pop-up window for the confirmation, I recommend the following troubleshooting.


First, force close the game or app you are trying to make a purchase in: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Then, restart the device: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


After that, if the issue remains and it is still "stuck", I recommend force restarting the device: iPhone User Guide: Restart iPhone - Apple Support


iPhone 6 (all models), iPhone SE, or iPhone 5s: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button.



Test if the issue is remaining after those steps. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

Thx for help! But it seems the problem is more harder to solve, i talk with apple care and we try almost everything log in/out apple id, checking all settings, all billing information and many other things, but nothing helped. Also i re-update ios 12.0 one more time but problem is still there. last chance is to restore factory settings and try backup, will see if it helps. If anyone have some ideas will be glad to hear some ways to fix it. Also upload screenshot from one of the app. when trying to buy something this message appears "abnormal device..." in all other apps just stuck connecting with no pop up window.User uploaded file
