Is iCloud monitoring information?

Come on level 10 experts...saw you online this afternoon and need some help here. Why does iCloud.com focus on our data and freeze with it open for...now its been four hours? The related software moved on hours ago, computer has been shut down and started up several times, each time turning internet back on and signing into iCloud.com yet the page is still there churning. What in heaven's name is it doing with the data it has chosen to freeze on? Please. Help.

MacBook Air, 10.13.6

I am having no problems at all with iCloud, try the following suggestion.

I suggest you use the program created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. It will provide a snapshot of your system which we can analyze to possibly determine the cause of your problem. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Problem: Other problem

Description:

iCloud.com froze on certain data from my software for four hours. Despite signing out, shutting down and going back into everything again, it still froze (focused) on the same data page. The related software had long since moved on to other regions yet iCloud chose to remain fixated on and pointing to the page.
