I have an iPhone 4s (belonging to my father who is OS) which hasn't been used as it can't be unlocked and my Father doesn't remember the PIN/AppleID details. I was barely used when originally used as was surplus to needs and was poorly set up. Father not very tech savvy at the time.

Anyway, I have just found the original paperwork from purchase.... can this phone be reset to factory settings from just the PUK number? Or is there another way?
