Image icon preview not working

Since upgrading to OSX Mojave none of my images on desktop or in finder are showing their preview image. ***** because I rely on this for work. The issue resolved itself once by restarting computer but since then it hasn't worked again 😟

I have also had this issue with Mojave, Icons will start to load and then stop.

Reinstalled OSX with a clean fresh format, issue still persists.

Updated to 10.14.2, issue still persists.

The only way around this is every so often, in terminal, type qlmanage -r

Then close the window and re-open, the thumbnails should load up - its a temporary fix you will start to notice again icons won't preview, then just run the same command in terminal again!
