Unauthorised deduction from account

I have installed a app named Edj mix Nd after uninstalling it ,the subricption amount has been deducted from my account

Just deleting an app won't stop a subscription, you have to manually stop its auto-renewal : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
