iPhone XS Max Speaker(in the earpiece) issue

Is anyone having this problem less frequently? It used to happen every day, at least once, sometimes twice. Now it’s taking two or three days to happen.

Hadn’t happened since 12.1 up

Did you end up replacing your original phone?

I wonder why it didn’t for all of us.

But shouldn’t we get some kinda incentive as this is like ruining my 2,000 dollar experience. ?

By the way, I didn’t mean to come off the wrong way, when I said that that’s no fix.

We could really use a permanent fix, and everybody’s kind of disheartened at this point.

Hopefully this will get fixed quickly.

It has only happened a couple of times since 12.1 for me, and it hasn’t happened for a while. What’s even more frustrating is the silence from the manufacturer.

Are some of you still having this issue? Strange because mine happened after the 12.1 update, but it has not happened in about a week, or close to it.

I still have this problem, or I should say my problem gets worse after I updated to iOS 12.1. Before that it only happened once or twice but now it happens almost everyday.

Hi. That’s strange on mine it’s the opposite. I am sure a fix will be coming soon.

Because:

1. Software issues aren't always easy to reproduce, find and fix
2. People complain that Apple "doesn't test" their software, yet they want updates published immediately; you can't have both.
