Not able to get the pathname for my files

Hi,

I am trying to copy the pathname for my files to be used in python Jupiter notebook. I have updated my MacBook to the new Mojave OS. Now the problem is that it is getting copied in a weird format which python is not accepting. Is anyone facing the same problem and what is the solution?

The new pathname getting copied in the below format:

MacHD⁩ ▸ ⁨Users⁩ ▸ ⁨shriankpatel⁩ ▸ ⁨Documents⁩ ▸ ⁨Competitions⁩ ▸ ⁨Predict Future Sales⁩

I need the format to be for python to accept it:

MacHD⁩/Users⁩/shriankpatel⁩/Documents⁩/Competitions⁩/Predict Future Sales⁩

Thanks
