macOS Server 5.7 Issues

Running Server 5.7 on Mojave has thrown a couple of unexpected issues at me.

First of all, on the machine running it, with Web Serving removed, I can't turn it off in order to start a new server app in its place. Every hit to the machine brings up the generic Welcome to macOS Server window. It doesn't handle the sites at all, just throws up a front door. How can I actually stop OS Server from continuing to run as a web server?

Second, it seems that I can no longer manage other servers running OSX Server. On every attempt to connect to any of three others, the MacOS Server app crashes. I'm wondering, if I do connect, are the controls to manage ftp and web serving gone? Am I now unable to manage my other servers even though they're all running it on Sierra?

Mac Pro, null
