Radeon Pro 560x + Bootcamp

I don't know if anyone knows a solution to this problem, but I am aggravated at hardware issues right now. I have my 2018 Macbook Pro with a Radeon Pro 560x bootcamped in Windows 10. I use windows os for gaming purposes. Right now I play a lot of Fortnite. There is this grenade called the shockwave grenade and everytime it is used I crash. I have read how this is an AMD GPU driver problem. This creates another problem. Driver updates were only for desktop users. Also there is no driver updates for Radeon Pro 560x's and I was told by AMD that only Apple can release drivers for their products due to how it is all integrated into the mac. I'm not sure if anyone can find a fix to this problem, or if their will be an Apple driver upate for bootcamp users. I know this is a mouthful, but if there is any known fixes, that would be greatly appreciated.
