My Facebook app only works with WiFi not 4g
On my iPhone 7 the last 5 days my Facebook and Twitter apps do not work when I am using 4g but it does when using WiFi. I have loads of data and my apps have been activated when using data!

Silly question; but have you checked the settings for Mobile Data to ensure you have these apps enabled and allowed?
Can you disable them and re-enable them too?
I guess your data works for other apps; just not these?
Can you get to Facebook via the browser, I wonder if you have a restriction in place by the carrier and this would show up in safari
