Reduce window glare

So I'm wanting to know if I can reduce the glare of the window in this part of the video? Cannot find any youtube tutorials on this one.

It depends on what parts of the frame are affected and how.

A simple first thing you could try is to add a color correction. Choose the Color Weeks. Add a shape mask so it will only affect the overexposed areas, and bring down exposure in the highlights. That is only a crude fix but it is a start and depending on the actual video and what you need it may do the trick.
