I upgraded to Mojave and can't connected to my Shared Drive

I'm on a MAC PRO Late 2013 - I upgraded to Mojave and cannot reconnect to my shared drive. I get this error message: "URLs with the type “omfs:” are not supported." here is my shared drive path: omfs://172.16.4.137/mmhubgrid

I have 8 other same model MAC Pros with the previous OS on the network that are connected to the drive - what do I do?

I need to get an updated Driver from a Harmonic to connect to the shared drive. The current driver doesn’t support Mojave.
