Opening iTunes

I can no longer open iTunes in the normal way, only via "Run as Administrator". How can I correct this. ?

why can't I open Itunes 12.12.4 as adminstrator? When I open ITunes as administrator, only the restrictions menu from ITunes pops up. It won't open ITunes .

You could try uninstalling it, then run the installer as the administrator. See the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.
