Phillips hue lights not responding under HomeKit since iOS 12 update

All of a sudden Siri started saying she can’t reach my devices and she can’t connect and I don’t know if it’s Phillips responsibility they have to update their software or if it’s Apple that house to fix the issue but now my lights are only working sporadically. VoiceCommands no longer work and I’ve already checked for updates on both apps
