Why my scribble on apple watch not enable on whatsapp and line? How to enable scribble on whatsapp and line?

Before upgrading ios on apple watch I can use scribble on whatsapp, LINE, Message, etc. after updating ios 12 why can't we use scribble on Whatsapp and LINE, only Message. How do I activate scribble on Whatsapp and LINE? thanks
