MBP 2018 13 in pixel anomaly

I was wondering if anyone knew the typical costs for pixel anomalies? I took my device into Apple today, and I was told that it is failing the "red pattern" test. I just got this Macbook Pro less than a month ago. I have been very careful with it. I've never dropped it and never had liquid any where near it. I am hoping that they come back and tell me its a manufacture issue and will be fixed at no cost. But I was wondering if others have ran into this issue? To give a brief overview, my display has flickering/glitching, very thin horizontal lines when I am using it. There is a single thin horizontal yellow line that appears upon start up with the apple logo, but goes away right after. The other lines vary from white on a lighter screen, to sometimes pink and light blue on a darker screen. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Your warranty states that Apple will repair or replace (at its discretion) any parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for the period of the warranty.

If your Mac did not show signs of being run over by a truck, it should be fixed under warranty.

The only call I expect you to get is, "Your Mac is fixed now, come and pick it up".
