Option to block pop-ups in Safari not there

Option to block pop-ups in Safari not there

Hi, I just purchased a new macbook and I was trying to block popups but when i go to preferences-security the option to block them is simply not there. Have they changed things?

Please try selecting the "Websites" pane in the Safari Preferences toolbar instead of Security pane.

Your screen shot shows where it was in Safari 11 and earlier. The change was made when Safari 12 was released.

Yeah I did that already but is not as effective.

The screenshot I took shows where all the forums and Apple support say the option should be, but as you can see there isn't
