Reinstalled VLC player.

CleanMyMac4 was already uninstalled before installing MacOS Mojave. I couldn't find the two files related to CleanmyMac4 that Etrecheck report shows to still be present in my MacBook.

I erased everything from my macbook using disk utility and then turned it off. Next day, i turned it on, as apple logo appeared, i pressed command + R but instead of displaying Utilities window, spinning globe appeared and it doesn't goes away even after waiting for 10 minutes.

How can i open utilities window and reinstall MacOS?
