I was cut-pasting a few pictures from my pen drive onto my PC. After finishing, I found many hidden ._IMG files left in my pen drive.

Its a preview of the image and created so you can view it on the camera without opening the actual file.
You've already said you moved the images to a computer.
There is nothing to preview now.
It's just an icon for the moved image. The period at the beginning makes it invisible on a Mac but still viewable on the flash storage.
Safe to delete.

So if I delete it, will I not be able to preview the actual file?
I meant that if I wanted to preview my photos on the PC to which I have moved them, then, would I be able to do it without the ._IMG files?
Should I delete ._IMG files from my flash drive? Is it safe to do so?
