Apple Watch 4 AT&T Cellular - Apple Store

Hello -

Similar to the iPhone (which you can purchase at the Apple Store and set up payments via AT&T NEXT Plan) can you likewise purchase the Apple Watch 4 Cellular on the AT&T Network using the 20 Month NEXT Installment plan?

I ask because (unlike the iPhone) when I go to the Apple Store (online) there is no option other than paying 100% of the cost of the watch upfront.
