Continuity Camera does not work

After checking to make sure everything is set to allow using my iPhone 8's camera with Continuity Camera, it still does not work correctly.

On my Mac I can select "Take Photo" and the little window appears stating to take the photo. But after taking the photo on my iPhone 8, there is not a button to select it to use. Also, a window opens on the Mac showing it timed out.

I don't know what else to try. Is the camera icon supposed to show up on the dock when I'm doing this? It doesn't.

Thanks,

Traj

I just found my answer. My Mac was connected via Ethernet. Once I started on wifi, it worked. I'll leave this here in case anyone has this problem.
