We are all other users here and do not work for Apple. So, we cannot make appointments. You need to initiate contact with Apple support. Follow the provided links.
FaceTime issue are unlikely to be related to Hardware issues. So a visit to the genius bar, while re-assuring you that it is not caused by Hardware issues, MAY leave you in the same place as before.
Why not start a new Topic, give it a name that includes the facebook issues you are seeing, and have other users make suggestions and give you their advice about how to fix you issues -- right here on the Apple Support User-to-User Communities.
