iCloud storage plan question
If I purchase the 200GB iCloud storage plan ($2.99/month) and set up family sharing, can I configure portions of this storage space for each one of the family members in my plan?

You cannot specify how much of the storage each family member is allowed to use but they can share the storage. See: Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support
