when manually adding a face can't move circle on photo

Anyone has this issue when manually adding a face you can't move circle on photo. I.e. you get a default size face selection circle in the middle of the photo, which you can only delete, when you try to drag it or resize it instead it pick up the underlying photo and drags it with a mouse movement. You still can delete the circle though. Anyone sees this issue lately? Photos App Version 3.0 (3291.13.210). Thanks!

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Well, maybe restarting MacOS would help but then we are talking about Windows barrel bottom level of solving issues .

Try restarting MacOS if quitting Photos does not help, no kidding. Quitting an application does not really always quit an application completely - the system may just resume a cached version due to the changes in the Process Model introduced since MacOS 10.7 Lion ()

Thank you for the reply! Tried restarting the app naturally without any success. The photo is not zoomed in as well, when you switch between photos zoom level resets back to zero anyway, I have tried faces of several photos without any success. Well, maybe restarting MacOS would help but then we are talking about Windows barrel bottom level of solving issues 😀.
