Why are options so limited with Apple Watch fall detection?

Fall detection sometimes triggers when I'm chopping wood with the Apple Watch on, but also has when I fall but catch myself. The software seems to presume a fall and so a dialog on my watch appears. "It looks like you've taken a hard fall". The only options are SOS Emergency SOS. Or, "I fell but I'm ok" is what appears to be the only other option. I click the crown to dismiss the dialog when I've not fallen. Am I missing something? Or, are there other selectable options because the first two seem so limited.

Use fall detection with Apple Watch Series 4 - Apple Support

Does your watch not show you all the options shown at the top of this page? If not, you might need to scroll past what is first seen on your watch.
