Microphone not working Bootcamp Windows 10

Hi, I have a Mac Mini late 2012. Everything works fine apart from my microphone, it works perfectly on OS X and on other devices so it isn't a hardware issue. I can see it in "sounds" but no input is detected. I've tried in the microphone port, in the headphone port and with a adaptor from Headphone + Mic. I think my microphone and headphones both have the same driver, is that possible?
