Can't remove StickiesDatabase

I have a problem with Stickies app. When I change something and close the app, when I open again nothing changed. I have read that a solution might be deleting StickiesDatabase in my Library folder. But in Terminal, when I run rm -f StickiesDatabase, it returns Operation not permitted.

I have disabled SIP (csrutil status returns "System Integrity Protection status: disabled."), but the result is the same: Operation not permitted.

What can I do? This is happening since I upgraded to Mojave.

Finally I've solved the issue. I've booted into Bootcamp partition and installed Paragon APFS for Windows, and I could delete the file with no problem at all. It's incredible that Windows have been the solution for a macOS issue xD.

I assume you close Stickies before you try removing the file. If you select the file, press "Command + I", what are the permissions at the bottom? It should be…

I don't know why it can't be moved to Trash or deleted. I have no problem with either. You are admin yes?

See if you can delete it when logged in to a different user or while in Safe Mode.

Yes, those are the permissions. In ls command, 644 (rw-r--r--).

I've tried through the Terminal because it's impossible in the Finder, it returns the same error when I try to move to the Trash.

I forgot to say that when I do rm -f StickiesDatabase, I have tried with sudo too, and the result is the same: Operation not permitted.

I've tried in Safe Mode, but it returns the same error. And I've tried with another user, and everything is ok, so the problem is with my account. Is there any way to fix this, or will I have to create a new account and configure it again?

Honestly I don't know which would be better. To figure out what's up with your account or to create a new account and copy what you need over. You might wait for someone else to respond.
