After update to iOS 12 I noticed, that bluetooth indication from top bar is gone. On earlier versions of iOS there was bluetooth sign that appeared as long as I turned bluetooth on and disappeared when off. I recorded screen video, but not able to attach it here, so I have to upload it here:

Hope, this will be fixed in upcoming updates.

they removed it by design likely because newer ios devices has less title bar space because of the camera notch
likely it was because it's only purpose was to show if Bluetooth was enabled or disabled
you can inform them if your feeling on the subject using their feedback channel
