iPad voice/video sync issues
When I plug in my 2016 iPad to power, the video begins to lag behind the voice when watching YouTube, NetFlix, etc. It only happens when it’s plugged in to power though. Anyone else having this problem?

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Again, please be sure to have a fresh backup to keep your personal information safe.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- Instead of restoring your backup to your iPad, this time set it up as a new iPad and test the issue. If you were using an application to view the videos, feel free to download the app. If everything is working as expected, perform the steps again, but this time set up your iPad using the latest backup you made. Test once again.

I see that you like to watch videos on your iPad, and also keep it connected to power. The problem is, when it's connected to charge, the sound and the picture are out of sync. I'm happy to help.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Restart your iPad. Once it's returned to the Home screen, test the issue.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If restarting your iPad didn't resolve the issue, please be sure to have a fresh backup to keep your personal information safe. In order to back up your Health data, the backup needs to be encrypted. iCloud does this automatically, but iTunes doesn't. If you'd like to use iTunes to back up your iPhone, refer to this article: About encrypted backups in iTunes
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Even though the title of the article isn't specific to your issue, the section titled "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" will walk you through all the steps to reinstall the iOS software on your device. Test the issue once again.

Looks like iOS 12.1 update finally fixed this issue thankfully.
I tried restoring my iPad using a backup and it still has the same audio/video lag problem. Any other ideas? I have an iPad mini, an iPhone Xs, and an iPhone X and only this particular iPad is having this problem.
Hi. I tried setting up my iPad as a "new iPad" and tested videos using safari and other apps and the video/audio sync is still off when plugged in to power. I've tried different power cables as well. Not sure what the problem is.
