Can I sign into iTunes on multiple devices

I want to buy my children ipods and use my iTunes account- will It be possible for them to simultaneously play music on their iPods off my account. If not is there a way of downloading music from my account onto the iPods to be stored on the device itself?

Assuming that they will be iPod Touches as they are the only iPods that let you log into an iTunes account then yes, you will be able to log into your account and redownload past iTunes Store purchases onto them (assuming that they are still in the store and that you haven't moved countries sine buying the content) : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support

Or you can sync content to them from your computer's iTunes library : Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support
