Activity data doesn’t transfer to phone from watch

I am having trouble with my activity data being transfered to my phone. The total calories are there but some days the actual information doesn’t transfer. Any ideas?

Apple Watch - Activity data transfer to iPhone app My watch won’t or can’t send the data in the activity app to the iPhone fitness app until nearly midnight. Then for an hour or so the watch sends the data but then stops again. The activity data is being recorded on the watch but not being transferred over to my iPhone. Why is this suddenly happening?
