I have tried Everything, but Non iMessage SMS will not show up on My Mac, and when I send a message from MAC to same group they show not delivered, but they do get delivered, and show on my iPhone.
I have a MacBook Pro running Mojave and an X[s] Max running latest update.

They have been on there forever, and I havent had this issue until I got my New Phone Wednesday.
First try toggling off the Forward Messages to Mac option in Settings on the iOS device, then toggle it back on again, and try sending a message from the Mac again. If that doesn't help, then:
Have you tried resetting the Mac? Signing out of iCloud and back in again? Signing out of Messages and back in again?
I would suggest trying those things above on the Mac first. If none of them resolve the issue, try the same things on the iOS device.
