Exchange not prompting for password after reset.
Prior to the latest release of iOS, when a user changed their Active Directory password on a computer, they would then be prompted on their iPhone to update the password to their exchange mail account. Since iOS 12, users are not prompted to change the password, and have to do it manually in Passwords and Accounts.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I was unsuccessful explaining the issue to AppleCare support, so thought I should try here.
