Dear all,
I updated my Mac Book Air with Mojave. Everything went fine, but my performances slowed down a lot. Safari it is very slow, sometimes it takes more then 20s to open a video (before was 1 second). Also if I open a program, and the I quit it, it stuck in the dock, which is something I really hate. Do you know how can we solve, at least, this second issue?

There is now a section of the Dock for "recent applications", that is where you are seeing this. Go to System Preferences->Dock and uncheck the last box ("show recent applications in Dock").
As to the performance problems, there may be issues with older software you have installed that may not be playing nice on Mojave. You could run Etrecheck, and post its report here, so we take a look at possible causes.

You should take a look at those internet plugins and Safari extensions, uninstall the stuff that you don't need, and make sure that any you do use are up to date.
You should also uninstall bittorrent, and the western digital software (too old and it was never needed anyway).
