is it ok to wear braclets with your apple Watch? I don’t want the sides or screen to get stratched.

I would say that advice is pure speculation. I'm sure that there are too many variables regarding bracelet tightness/hardness/sharp edges for anyone other than you who could make a decision for wearing both at the same time.

In that case, I would advise that you avoid wearing bracelets with your Apple Watch.
