iphone hearing problem

quick question, how come when I am on call with another person I can hear them crystal clear and they can not hear me at all, please get back to me ASAP thankyou

Problem hearing when on the phone I have never had a problem hearing on my IPhone 11. Recently, I am having a really hard time hearing people. It sounds like they are a million miles away. If I put them on speaker, I can hear them fine. Please help.
