Billing problem

i have funds on my Apple ID but it’s saying cannot complete purchase? Second time this has happened now I have checked subscriptions and all payments are up to date

  • Some regions may display prices without tax, but the billing can be with tax included, then you would need funds for a few percent more.
  • There might be an issue with a payment method. Try going into your account on a computer with iTunes, or on a iOS device, which may be able to show more detailed messages than e.g. an Apple TV.
    If you have a card on file, then verify its expiration date and CVC code.
  • If the message said to contact iTunes Support, then you should do that. This is a user-to-user forum, not iTunes Support staff. Only they can see in your account. www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
