Problem with App Store

Good afternoon support team I use iOS 12.0.1 The problem with making purchases in the App Store, purchases are not made Credit card tied Subscription to Apple Music is not updated either. Purchases I confirm Touch ID, but the program does not load

Can you log in using your Apple ID and password?


For the credit card problem, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
