Within new Apple TV update, programmers forgot they have an interface that includes a WISHLIST that has now been removed from the upper level of the interface. Someone is not bug checking for this to have happened. Interface asks you to "add items to Wishlist" that is no longer visible. PLEASE FIX or change the interface.....
If you are referring to the Movies app, then the Wish List is there as the third menu item:

If for some reason it doesn’t load, then try force-quitting the app, and launch it again.

Actually it would be the app you are referring to, the wishlist is not a part of the main menu but rather found within the Movies app (which is still visible in the current TVOS). Try force quitting the above, as suggested above, as well as a reboot.
Was not trying to “school” anyone. Was merely trying to avoid further confusion. As was pointed out, it hadn’t been removed with an update. I also advised the reboot, which is what usually works in those situations.
They are all apps but this would be one of the ones preinstalled by Apple. The others are from 3rd party developers and are also updated, albeit separately.
Unfortunately, things can get misinterpreted through text. Hopefully this sorts things out. Have a good day
All set. Second reboot cleared the problem.
On a side note, I consider the Apple TV to be a computer with an onboard interface. "APPS" are installable software, but the "interface" of any device is only upgradable via the developer, in this case APPLE.
With the last upgrade by APPLE, the APPLE TV 4k Wish List disappeared. That is what I was addressing. For the purposes of clarity, it would be best if we could talk about solutions from a platform of mutual respect and not try to "school" our community members as if they have no programming or technical experience. IMHO
